① Cartesian Robot
Hiwin launched the X,Y,Z coordinate robot, integrated with Hiwin KC B-type single-axis robot, electric gripper, and DRA rotating actuator (with the E1 drive). Present X, Y, Z and rotating axis. Easily fulfill customer’s automation demand for different angle application. It is not only compact in size but also easy for installation, best suited for mass production to achieve the maximum benefits of automation!

② Wafer Robot Single/Dual Arm
The key components in the wafer robotic arm, such as ballscrew and direct drive motor, are manufactured by HIWIN, with Hiwin-developed software, HIWIN has the advantages of vertical integration of hardware and software. HIWIN Wafer Robot integrates the high-precision, high-rigidity direct drive motor with repeatability of ±0.02mm, small rotating radius and high space utilization. HIWIN can provide customized service according to production requirements and enhance customer competitiveness. Applicable to the semiconductor industry (wafer pick and place), optoelectronic industry (small panel, small solar panels), LED industry (sapphire substrate, rubber ring) and other pick and place equipment.

③ Articulated Robot (RA605/RA610/RA620 Series)
HIWIN Articulated Robot is the most widely used robot in automation with high accuracy, high flexibility with multi degrees of freedom and wide working range which can be used in pick and place, stacking, high precision assembly or complex machining. They are suitable for automated production to replace manual repetitive tasks, like pick and place, stacking, de-burring, grinding and assembly. The key components are developed and manufactured by HIWIN, which reduces costs and provides high value and solutions strengthening the competitiveness on the global market for our customers.

④ Scara Robot
SCARA robot is adopted with the high precision and high flexibility self-developing key components. The rotary axis can be added to the joint-end to increase the degree of freedom and incorporate with different end-effectors to achieve high-precision assembly work or rapid planar machining.
With 4 degrees of freedom, the SCARA robot is versatile for various jobs, including pick & place, precision assembly or plane machining processing. Widely used in industries such as plastic industry, automotive industry, electronic industry, pharmaceutical industry and food industry.
