The development purpose of this equipment is to replace the two-stage process of roughing and treatment agent in the shoe manufacturing process. With the 3D visual scanning system exclusively developed by our company, we can calculate the best plasma treatment path for different shoe types, and cooperate with the automatic detection and debugging system to effectively eliminate the incomplete plasma treatment upper. Compared with the traditional roughing process, a stronger chemical covalent bond is formed between the upper and the glue after plasma treatment, in other words, the bonding strength between different materials is enhanced. In addition, with the introduction of the automation system, the average processing speed of a shoe upper is 10 seconds, which greatly improves the production rate of manual roughing in the past, and at the same time avoids the problem of dust pollution generated during the roughing process.
