KING's Solution Corp. is a well-known brand of low-pressure injection molding machines (LPM). They recently announced that they have officially hired Charles Sheu as a professional manager to serve as the CEO of KING's. This new beginning has filled the company with hope and marks KING's entry into a green and sustainable development phase.

Charles Sheu previously served as the Director of the Brand Business Group at the China Productivity Center. Afterwards, he founded CS Branding Consult Company and has over 23 years of experience in consulting. In addition, he began serving as a consultant for KING's Solution Corp. 2 years ago and has rich experience and a deep understanding of the company.

The new CEO, Charles, has announced that he has already started organizational changes to lead KING’s solution to become the most unique and green sustainable benchmark brand. He pointed out that KING's is an important participant in the field of plastic injection machinery manufacturing and has always been the focus of attention from the outside world. Although the promotion of green sustainability in plastic injection factories is often questioned because it seems to conflict with the essence of reducing plastic waste, the fact that plastic is indispensable in modern life cannot be ignored.

CEO Charles emphasized, "As a member of the machinery equipment industry, our concern is how to assist the plastic product industry and customers in achieving more sustainable benefits." To this end, he proposed KING's "green" strategy:

1. Green Machine Innovation & Technology: Through the research and development of injection molding machines, we are committed to finding more sustainable processes that reduce energy and resource consumption, while improving efficiency and minimizing environmental impact.
2. Eco-friendly materials: Cooperate with raw material suppliers to assist customers in using more sustainable raw materials, and actively seek alternative recyclable materials to achieve more eco-friendly production.
3. Smart production: Plastic injection machines equipped with user-friendly interfaces and IoT help customers reduce waste of manpower, time, and resources, and achieve smart production.
4. Social Contribution: Actively participate in sustainable green advocacy, cooperate with relevant organizations, promote the circular economy of plastic products, and achieve social and environmental win-win results.

Charles emphasized, "Enterprises not only need to achieve success in business value, but also need to make a positive contribution to social value." He emphasized that starting from oneself, one should consciously contribute to achieving sustainability goals. He said, "Sustainability not only meets our current needs, but also does not harm future generations."

At the beginning of his tenure, he promoted cooperation with the Taiwanderful social enterprise on Green Island, personally participated in plastic environmental education volunteering, and planned the "Taiwanderful Recycling Alliance Project" to promote plastic recycling education through cross-industry cooperation. He is currently actively seeking like-minded partners to work together to create a greener and more sustainable future home.

Under the leadership of the new CEO, Charles Sheu, the company will bring more innovation and green concepts, injecting new vitality into the plastic injection molding industry.
