Will-Drive: Push-type Transmission Mechanism

Will-Drive presents a corrugation structure formed continuously in a circumferential direction of an inner surface of a second end of the transmission block opposite the first end of the transmission block, the driven rolling components being capable of abutting the corrugation structure. Such structure can be a replacement of existing transmission of reducers and an avoidance of damage caused by stress concentration; driven components adopt plurality cam portions to drive radial displacement of complex transmission rolling components, which can lead to high torque transmission. Other characteristics of Will-Drive, against that of the HD, RV, or planetary gear mechanism, is its indifference to the inertia from the load (cannot be driven or stopped from the output), and its advantages of less components, higher yield rate, shorter lead time and lower cost. Will-Drive also awarded patent in some countries, and pending in the rest. It is hoped that Will-Drive can replace RV.
